The plot was so simple and just dragged on, Frank Morgan's cape bit was creepy, and I prefer when they just let Eleanor Powell loose to dance on her own rather than pair her up (as much as I love Astaire but I feel like putting them together just reigned them both in).

TMDb Morgan spends more time taking blondes out to dinner, though as his partner handles rehearsals. You will notice most famous movie dancers have "big mouths". though it starts with a bang and may be the best of the broadway melodies, the real stars are fred and cole porter.
